Shipping
We ship within the United States. Orders leave our fulfilment facility within one to two business days and arrive in three to six business days. Shipping is free on every order.
You get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created. You can also follow an order from Track Your Order.
The 60-night guarantee
This product asks for two to four weeks before it does anything. Charging you for that wait and then refusing a refund would be indefensible, so we do not.
Take it for up to 60 nights. If your nights have not changed, write to us and we refund you in full — opened bottles included, and you do not need to ship anything back. One guarantee claim per customer.
For a 3-month or 6-month order, the same window applies from the day your order arrives.
Unopened returns
Unopened bottles can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Write to us first and we will send return instructions.
Damaged or wrong item
Send us a photo and we replace it. No return required.
Changes and cancellations
An order can be changed or cancelled any time before it ships. Once a tracking number exists, treat it as the guarantee above.
