Where we ship
Teeloud ships worldwide from our production partners in Asia. Our primary market is the United States; Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and the European Union are served through our international markets.
Processing time
Orders are checked, packed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays start processing the next business day.

These windows are the real transit times we observe, not a best case. Peak periods (Lunar New Year, late November to December) can add 3 to 5 business days, and we post a banner on the site when that happens.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You receive the number by email as soon as the parcel is scanned by the carrier, usually within 48 hours of dispatch. Tracking can take another 2 to 4 days to show its first movement — that is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.
Split shipments
Orders with several items may arrive in more than one parcel, at no extra cost to you. Each parcel has its own tracking number.
Customs and duties
US orders under $800 are not subject to import duty. Customers outside the US are responsible for any duty or tax charged by their local customs authority.
Wrong or undeliverable address
Contact us within 12 hours of ordering if your address is wrong. Once a parcel has shipped we cannot reroute it. Parcels returned to sender because of an incorrect address are refunded minus the shipping cost.
Lost parcels
If tracking has not moved for 15 business days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost you choose between a full refund or a free replacement.
