This website is operated by Atelier du Lys LLC, trading as Teeloud (rsfnzc-k2.myshopify.com). Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Teeloud. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you engage in our Service and agree to the terms set out below.

2. Store terms

You confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including copyright laws.

3. Products and pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer, to discontinue any product, and to refuse any order. Product colours are reproduced as accurately as our photography allows; screens vary and slight differences are not a defect.

4. Accuracy of information

We work to keep product measurements, materials and delivery estimates accurate. Where an error appears, we reserve the right to correct it and to cancel an affected order with a full refund.

5. Orders and payment

An order is a request to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. Payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not store card details on our servers.

6. Shipping and returns

Delivery times and return conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, both of which form part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, product descriptions, size guides, photography selection and the Teeloud name and marks, belongs to Atelier du Lys LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
